What Latha Steinbronn doesn't like about Mcdonald's:

We mentioned that we had placed a mobile order, and she replied, “WELL, PULL UP TO THE WINDOW, AND I'LL SEE WHAT I CAN DO.” At that point, we explained that we needed to get to work and inquired about our options. Her response was that the order would be refunded if we didn’t pick it up in two hours. It’s important to note that we never asked for a refund; we simply wanted to know what we could do since we couldn’t wait. When we arrived at the window to retrieve our receipts in case we came back (we were picking up for three people), she then shouted at another customer through the speaker, “I SAID WE AREN’T TAKING ORDERS UNLESS YOU WANT TO COME IN AND HELP!” This behavior was downright disrespectful. I understand that being short-staffed is challenging, but taking out frustrations on customers is unprofessional and rude. About 15 minutes later, we called to check if a third person had come in to help start the order. The manager lied to me on the phone, claiming, “The food was ready, but you drove away, so we tossed it out.” This was after she previously told us she couldn’t start the grills because of the staffing issue. When we drove back to the window, she produced a box with all three of our orders, making it clear she hadn’t “tossed them out” as she claimed over the phone. Once again, I recognize that being short-staffed can be stressful, but that’s not my core issue here—the real problem is her consistently rude attitude every time we visit in the morning!
The restaurant claims to be open until 10:00, but they lock the doors at 9:30 or sometimes even earlier. I'm really disappointed with the customer service.
