A Capo Vaticano - RICADI

My friends and I were starving the day we came here, as we 'd all skipped lunch earlier in the day and we knew that nothing else would be open at around 3:30 pm or so. Stumbling upon this place on the way to the beach, we popped in as it was open, and the truth is, the name drew us in. The food was good, but I would say very average for Italy. I had better pizza during my time in Calabria, but it was certainly not bad. The pizza maker (who I 'm going to assume was the owner) and the waiter were both very friendly, and since it was so late in the day for lunch, we were the only ones inside the huge restaurant. It kind of gave off that The Shining type of atmosphere, since it was so void of people, but otherwise it was fine. They had the TV on, which is pretty typical of inexpensive restaurans/pizzerias in Italy, but given that there was no one there and since it was a rather casual place, it was, again, fine. No view to speak of, kind of situated farther out from the rest of town, but if someone told me I had to go back there I wouldn 't mind at all.

Great food and supergood service. Vert popular place after 8 pm. We loved this place. Spagetti pomodore 5/5 and lemon sorbet also 5/5. Greetings to cat Fred

This is a place you can sit and relax as it has a very comfortable feel. Big part of it is the friendly staff who made us feel like regulars the very first time we ate there. The food is good and plentiful at a reasonable price. The outdoor patio is the place to be when the weather is nice.

Nice Service, good Pasta and Pizza, low prices. If you get a liter of red house wine for 6 euros, you can not complain. only if you do not like cats, you should choose another trattoria. Some domestic cats are running around

Good services and food. English speakers and very kindly staff. Our plates were very big and delicious. Strongly recommended.
