However, during my visit on Monday afternoon, I waited at the drive-thru window for 8 minutes without being served. When another car pulled up behind me, I decided to move to the service window, but still did not receive any assistance. I ended up going to Macy's instead.

Unfortunately, both burgers were lukewarm and tough, indicating they had be... read more I ordered the chicken fillet burger and the zinger burger, both priced around £7-£8. Unfortunately, both burgers were lukewarm and tough, indicating they had been sitting behind the counter for a long time. Compared to McDonald's, KFC is now more expensive but lacks in quality. The drive-through orders are often incorrect and the food is of poor quality with extremely poor value for money. It's not surprising that McDonald's is always busier than KFC. I recommend avoiding this place and finding your chicken fix elsewhere.

We’ve given this branch 2 chances now the first was bad for its own reasons but the second tonight took the biscuit. I went to the drive thru and I was told I couldn’t have a burger unless I went inside to order because the buns were for inside the restaurant only? I went inside and then the wait began…… 30 minutes later I got my two meals and bites. The meals I know they don’t look like the advert pictures but this food wasn’t even a distant cousin. Next time I fancy a kfc I think I’ll be driving to Blackburn it’s probably going to be quicker anyway.

The st... read more Honestly, the worst service I’ve ever experienced. First of all, the place had bins inside overflowing with rubbish. Tables with food left all over them. The staff were abysmal. Customers complaining to each other about how they’d been waiting 40 minutes. We waited 35 minutes for our food. Service so so slow. One pace. Snail. When the food arrived the batter was undercooked. Awful. I will never step foot in there again.

I have no words; well I do and here they are. Two weeks later and I’m still enjoying that kfc. Me and the mrs snuck a cheeky trip to clitheroe to escape the boys temper tantrum’s at home and we got hungry and where better to go than kfc? I’ll be honest we waited 20 minutes from ordering till getting our food but every single second in those 20 minutes was more than worth it for the food we got. Maybe it tasted so extra tasty because it was a secret from the kids, maybe it was because I was over hungry from waiting but lord was it amazing. We both ordered the trilogy box meal and wow did they deliver exactly what they were meant to. Thick gravy, perfectly cooked chicken, toasted buns. Just unbelievable. Me and the wife have already planned out a way to annoy the kids to give us a reason to leave them at home and sneak off back to this kfc. A few times we’ve even thought about just going for no reason other than that we want that flavour explosion again. Just amazing. No pint included but absolutely no complaints and I would happily wait another 20 minutes for that phenomenal meal. 5/5. No complaints.
