The manager at... read more This review has had a long time coming. 3 years ago I used to work just down the street and would stop in at Rocky for lunch 2 or 3 times a week. The manager at the time quickly got to know me, my order, and the way I like it.That same person now runs the whole joint! And although I no longer work down the road, and come in much less often. She still knows me, and my order, and the way I like it!The store is clean, the food is great, the service is great. You'd be hard pressed to find another person as dedicated to her store and her customers as Tia. It's worth making the trip!

The staff were kind enough to give u... read more The service was friendly, though a bit slow. It took around 45 minutes for our order to arrive, but the food was delicious! The staff were kind enough to give us two complimentary cookies to make up for the wait, even if they were a bit stale (but it’s the thought that counts, right?). The breadsticks were just as I remembered.

I had to send my breadsticks back twice and my pizza back, just to get the same stuff that was sitting under the heat lamp all day. After complaining twice, the manager finally came out and apologized but offered no solution or a refund. Needless to say I will never eat at Rocky rococo's again!
