A few of us headed here several times and had great food.... read more My friends and I were in Rib Lake helping build hiking trails for the Ice Age Trail in late September. A few of us headed here several times and had great food. The burgers, pizza, and ice cream are all delicious. And even better, the service each time was amazing. The staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back!

The owners are wonderful family people, and the location is easy to find and access. They serve excellent pizzas along with a variety of other dishes, plus an impressive selection of ice cream. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. If you're in the area, definitely give it a try.

I should have checked it bef... read more I ordered a BLT pizza for pickup, and when I got to my father-in-law’s house and opened the box, I found the pizza had no toppings. I should have checked it before leaving—that’s on me. I had to drive back to the restaurant, about 10 minutes away, to get the toppings added. By the time we finally ate, the pizza was cold and unappealing. They apologized, but overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Please reinstate the chips that used to come with the sandwiches. When it comes to customer service, it can be hit or miss depending on who's serving. Some staff members are exceptional, while others do not meet the expected customer service standards. To be honest, if it were still under the previous ownership, I would have rated this place five stars. Now, it's just mediocre.
