Even though I called 30 minutes in advance, they only started preparing my order when my son arrived, which made it feel like they doubted we were actually coming to pick it up. The ribs were surprisingly cold, along with the sauce. It seemed like they just took some pre-cooked ribs that had been sitting out, quickly chopped them up, and poured on some cold sauce. While I understand that the ribs are pre-made, they didn’t even bother to heat them up. As for the macaroni and cheese, it was overwhelmingly salty—some people mistakenly believe that a lot of salt adds flavor, but there was hardly any cheese in it at all. Overall, I was very disappointed with my meal, which cost me $49.27. Will I return? Definitely not!

Just a heads up! The two types of fish were significantly different in appearance: the red snapper had a thin black skin, while the catfish did not. I honestly can't proceed with this review because it was just that bad! I can say with certainty that I will not be coming back.

If you think that placing a phone order will save you time, think again—when you arrive, you'll still find yourself waiting as if you hadn't called at all. I placed my order and, upon arrival, had to wait nearly 45 minutes for it to be brought out. When I voiced my frustration, the owner's wife responded rudely when I asked why it took so long, especially since I had ordered 30 minutes before arriving. All I ordered was rib tips! This place really has poor customer service.
