Westside Pit Bbq - Rialto

I have decided to stop going to this restaurant. I finally got around to writing a review because my experience was so frustrating. If you think calling in an order will save you time, think again—once you arrive, you'll still end up waiting as if you hadn't called at all. I called in my order and when I arrived, I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for them to bring it out. When I expressed my frustration, the owner's wife was quite rude to me when I asked why it took so long, especially since I placed the order 30 minutes before I arrived. And all I ordered was rib tips! This place really has poor customer service.

I ordered a slab of pork ribs with two sides of macaroni and cheese. Despite calling 30 minutes ahead, they didn’t start preparing my order until my son arrived, which made it feel like they didn’t believe we were actually coming to pick it up. The ribs were shockingly cold, and so was the sauce. It seemed like they had taken some ribs that had been sitting around and just quickly cut them up and drizzled on the cold sauce. I understand that the ribs are pre-made, but they didn’t even take the time to heat them up. As for the macaroni and cheese, the only flavor was salt—some people mistakenly think that just adding a lot of salt adds flavor, but there was hardly any cheese in it at all. Overall, I was really disappointed with my meal, which cost me $49.27. Will I come back? Absolutely not!

When I picked up my orders, I noticed that the potato salad was in the same Styrofoam container as the cooked food, which would eventually turn into a gooey mess. Just a heads up! The two types of fish looked completely different. The red snapper had a thin black skin, while the catfish didn't. I can't even continue this review because it was embarrassingly bad! I can confidently say that I will not be returning.

Although its the BBQ some people comes for ,I like the catfish dinner with 2 sides. I chose the collard greens and hush puppies, very good. I couldn't wait to get home to dig in. I had about 6 pieces of fish. More for later, although only 1 hush puppy left and bread. It was very delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They serve good quality food every time. They provide a nice variety of food to choose from. I love the catfish and greens and I'll definitely go again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
