The managers here are very kid friendly and attentive. The service here is great which usually doesn't exist at other yum chas. It gets busy because it's a popular venue so time it right. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rhodes Phoenix:
Once a great dining experience, but now it's quite disappointing. The food was served cold, the service was slow, and prices seem to have nearly doubled. I recommend looking for alternatives. View all feedback.
Wonderful service any time of the week. Cashier is friendly, they all respect distancing I like how the tables aren’t cramped up. The trolleys are always full the rice rolls here are exceptional cannot fault! Enjoyed the yumcha you pay for what you get it’s definitely quality ingredients and unlike Other yum chas where the food is swollen with flour and fillers rather than meat and prawns!
Consistently terrible and overpriced Cantonese food. any other legit canto restaurant tastes better. 0/10 would not go back to one of their chain restaurants. I wonder how they managed to get these many restaurants with this terrible quality.
I came here yesterday with my boyfriend to have some yum cha and I was extremely disappointed. I will never come here again, this is now our local yum cha and if it wasn’t for the terrible customer service, I would come back even for the average yum cha. I am so annoyed at the the lady who went to my boyfriends side multiple times but never came to my side and when I asked her to show me what was there she threw the lids and loudly sighed at me and rolled her eyes.I am really disappointed because I have just moved to this area and this is my local but you can trust me what I will not be returning to this yum cha.It is really over priced, not much selection and the lady who ruined the experience for me really ruined...read more
Came here today with family and was disappointed at how low the standard of food has gotten. Before it was worth the premium price point but now the food was cold, small and significantly less tasty than before. Quite sad as this was a place I’ve enjoyed going to.
Impromptu midweek date and the missus suggested Yum Cha. We probably don't do Yum Cha enough but I'm always down for a succulent Chinese meal and the missus always has a hankering for mango pamcakes. We've been to Rhodes Phoenix a few times, but I haven't been in about 4 years. Luckily, with the exception of a few less tables for C19 social distancing not much has changed. For a midweek lunch time it wasn't too busy and we barely had to wait to be ushered to a table in the center of the room. Got stuck in right away with some solid pork and prawn dumplings, and other various dishes. It's too easy to get carried away at Yum Cha and get a bit of everything that comes by you. It's been...read more
