Steakhouse - Reykjavik

Had a group dinner set menu was fantastic! ribeye was fantastic and app was thunfisch! so fill and delicious! great food!

If you are visiting Iceland, you probably have some money to spend. Nowhere better to spend it then here! Perfection on each and every beautiful plate, for relatively quite reasonable prices. Apart from the famous Icelandic lamb and fish dishes, this restaurant offers a broad selection of meats including delicious deer and even Icelandic horse . Our waiter Jón deserves a special mention; he provided us with excellent service and advice where needed and did an amazing job and seemingly effortless at making us feel at home. It made the overall experience quite memorable, in the best of ways.

Very busy place, we just got back after an excursion 4 of us with our back packs and even though we had not booked they got us a table, staff great polite and friendly food was beautiful my TBone was perfectly cooked to my request table was a bit small for all the separate serving dishes, but we coped and eat the lot. THANK YOU.

I had high expectations coming to the restaurant, being previously told that it had the best lamb in town. I tried both the Prime Lamb and Lamb Fillet. Unfortunately, both the meats were not as tender that I had hoped for. As for the service, I understand that it was a full house on Saturday evening, but I think it still took way too long for us to get our main courses about an hour after our order . We came at around 18.40 and our mains got to the table at around 20.10 We also had to leave the table by 21.00 as it was fully booked for the evening . Fortunately I had an appetizer the lobster tail, which was good , but some of the other guests party of 9 were only having main courses. Wine and coffee was good.
