Nepalese Kitchen - Reykjavik

As a brown person with an American/Indian palette, I can honestly say that the food in Nepalese cuisine is very good. Our week in Iceland was cold and dry and this place spicy food with taste to kick our meals fits exactly what we needed. The price corresponded to other restaurants in the area and the portions were very reasonable. The owner was very friendly and made good talks while tips about places to visit in the area. We came back a second time next night! Very recommended!

This place has really excellent food. We were originally from Nepal and we visited Iceland when we went around the city center, we ran over this restaurant and decided to try it. Service was excellent, the owners are so friendly and welcoming, and of course the food was authentic. Honestly, we tried Nepalese food outside Nepal in New York, Baltimore and other cities, but nothing else is close. I definitely recommend this place!

What a little jewel of a restaurant. Large Indian and Nepalese food, wide selection and very good prices also. We ate here twice over our 4-day weekend in Reyjkavik and the food, service and drinks were all top notch. The Chilli Chicken and the fish Pakora appetizers were great, like the vegetarian curry and the chicken curry. They added additional cooling heat to our networks and were amazing.
