I came across this Turkish restaurant that was quite empty, likely due to it being winter. However, it was impeccably clean with tasteful decor and ambiance. The service was prompt and efficient, and the portions were generous and delicious with a nice variety of options. The prices were reasonable, typical for the area. It's not a budget-friendly spot, but it's a great choice for a nice meal in Reykjavik's main shop... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Meze:
The food is expensive but the presentation is good and portions are generous. Google lists this place as a halal restaurant but the staff clearly told us that their meat is not halal. The service was very average. Waitress did not explain any specials or offer any popular choices. Overall I think it is average for the price. Probably will not go back. View all feedback.
Best eat in reykjavík (can be quite island a very good alternative to the hundreds of restaurants with burger or fish and chips. I can recommend both the melissen and the salmon and the lasagna (if they love cheese).
They were cold and gritty. all the others cut. the personal was nice and friendly
