Cafe Garðurinn - Reykjavik

So tasty and felt very safe eating here. I got the small dish of the day soup and it is definitely enough to fill you up. Everything is clearly marked and there are desserts as well. I would recommend checking their website as it changes daily, so make sure you will like what they are serving that day.

Lovely little cafe right in the heart of Reykjavik. Completely vegetarian with lots of gf and vegan options. They offer one main entree plus one soup option per day. Plus LOTS of GF vegan desserts. I had the gf lasagna with gf toast with hummus and gf soup. And we also tried their gf chocolate chip cookie, Snickers cake and they're vegan blueberry cheesecake. Everything was delicious!!

Sadly, I have to update my review. Food was delicious and they were lovely, but I got glutened.

Love loved it! I have several other allergies, including milk and yeast, and they went out of their way to confirm that all the ingredients were recognized. I had my first yeast-free brot in a very long time. highly recommended for a calm mood and perfect attention.
