I've visited this restaurant about three times; my... read more I find this quite frustrating, and it seems to be either sheer laziness or inadequate training of the staff. I've visited this restaurant about three times; my first experience was great, but in the last two visits, I found granulated sugar in my iced coffee instead of liquid sugar. I'm not sure if the staff is just slow, but this is a basic expectation, and it's really annoying. They should retrain their unmotivated employees to do things right.
