It is not really a restaurant but rather a wine bar (quality) that serves a few dishes. smoked salmon from the entrance had a taste of smoked herring, salad lacked sauce. the fish was good but warm and the accompaniment was really not going with: it was the same as with the meat. bad dessert (white eating without taste and not pleasant consistency). cleanliness of the waiter and the dubious cook. We had lunch there; everything is homemade, absolutely exquisite. You don't even have to worry about pairing food and wine; the staff will recommend the perfect wine for your meal! We had lunch there; all dishes are home made, it is an absolute delight. If you don't know which wine to chose, leave it to the staff, they will find for you the perfect match between food and wine!
Benoît knows everything there is to know about local wine, he is very passionate about finding new wines for you to try. The Tapas is also excellent, our favourites are always morue aïoli, padron peppers and chorizo grille, but everything on the menu is always tasty! A super place to visit after the market in Revel on a Saturday morning.

The wine bar has been open since yesterday, and it's really good. We had a very good time, wines and tapas were top. To recommend the eyes closed.
