Ordered online today to pick up at 11:20am…. Walked to store and ended up waiting 40 minutes while the employees made all the customers that walked in orders first. The wait to pickup line kept growing and growing and since we had all paid for our meals, leaving was not an option. Not once did anyone acknowledge or apologize. Both our sandwiches were burnt. Bread was burnt, bacon was burnt. It was so burnt we couldn’t even finish eating it. Truly horrible food. However, we got the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and those were wonderful. I’m hoping this was just a rushed lunch order that someone overlooked, and not a norm. Spent 10 minutes waiting to checkout for just a bag of chips. Staff was so slow I'm a bit surprised they are still in business. That's with barely any customers. Time for these mega chains to go bankrupt tbh. There's a reason why Tatte around the corner has a line out the door and this place gives you the ick instead
Nice casual place for a nice conversation and nice sandwich.
After ice skating, there is nothing better than enjoying a hot broccoli cheddar soup with a sandwich.

For me the food has been good, service is above average and the employees are polite and respectful. In general I visit after the dinner hour. Love the malts.
