Had reservations so, of course, no wait. The waitress was informative and patient ensuring all questions were answered and took care to provide for gluten free needs. The meals were very delicious and more than filling. We felt well taken care of and were able to easily catch up on each other's lives and friendships. View all feedback.

Don't come here with a party of six or more because they charge that gratuity tip at the end. Our waiter was dismissive and rude. It's as if they know they're going to get that big tip so they don't have to do anything or even be nice. He only came to bring us our food and then left. He sarcastically said enjoy your meal. Then walked away . so we had to go up to the host station to get our bill because nobody came fo... View all feedback.

The bartender was our server. He could have been a little more attentive but he had bar customers that were keeping him occupied. The stereo system was a tad too loud and made conversation more difficult than it needed to be. It is still one of my favorite business lunch places in the area.
Bread service brought bread was actually COLD. Not frozen, not room temp it was like the bread had been chilled. Maybe thawed from the day before? Yikes. I don't recall ever having bread served this way to me in a restaurant. Everything about the service was slow and we only occasionally saw our server, and it was not busy. I had the vegetable pasta chicken and it was entirely overcooked. The pasta and vegetables were cooked to mush, it was essentially like eating a bowl of oatmeal. The chicken was slightly rubbery but edible, this is mostly what I ate. And it was $27.00. Ouch. Our waitress came and collected plates, and certainly noticed I barely ate any of my food, which is probably why she didn't ask how everything was which is crazy and just took it all away. She probably just didn't want to deal with it. I didn't start that conversation, as I knew I'd never be back and would write this review. I used to meet partners here pre Covid for business lunches and remember it actually being pretty good. I guess NYAJ is just another casualty of Covid's almost complete destruction of quality culture. A shame I guess ? , but there are plenty of other options. It's a lot easier to park here than at RTC, but that's really just not enough is it? We won't be eating here again, and I expect this building will eventually join the chorus of empty buildings in this shopping center.
A little disappointed in the service. We all had water and he never returned to refill our glasses. I thought the Poke bowl would be better for $25. The burgers were good. The booth side of the table forced me to sit on a crack in the bench.
I hadn't been in NYAJ since before the Pandemic. It's often a better option than what's in the Town Center due to free parking lot. I had a good business lunch with a colleague. Had the Cobb salad, which was great.
