The food is always fresh and cooked really well. The customer service is also top-notch, with all the staff being friendly and always smiling. In contrast to other KFC locations I have visited, which were horrible and disgusting with staff who lacked any customer service experience, Reservoir KFC is a real gem. If you want a good KFC experience with no issues, I highly recommend going to Reservoir.

We decided to try the crunchy zinger bowl for the first time and found it delicious. It was a nice addition to the menu. We also ordered a zinger box, although I'm not a fan of KFC's burgers, it was alright overall.

Hence We were trying to order online and app constantly failed for reservoir store hence we went through drive through, Manager was rude and simple said she cannot help the reception in the area and when we asked to check if she had app working she just said she doesn 't even have the kfc app. She just said 'not my issue go around and see if you can get signal really really poor customer service.
