Once renowned for its classic Mandarin cuisine and inviting ambiance, the restaurant now faces criticism for declining food quality, higher prices, and a less hospitable atmosphere. Customers lament the loss of familiar staff and cherished traditions, such as lunch specials and complimentary treats. While some dishes still receive praise, the overall experience has diminished, prompting many to reconsider their dining choices and express a longing for the restaurant's former charm.
Really great food and prices but service is amongst the worst I've ever encountered
I used to frequent this Chinese restaurant with my family for 20 years, but after a recent change in ownership and staff, I was very disappointed. The food quality has declined, the restaurant is dirty, and the prices have gone up. It is no longer worth the money, and I do not recommend anyone to dine there anymore.
The restaurant is currently not offering dine-in service and the quality of the food has deteriorated. It used to be good before the pandemic. Additionally, the prices are too high for the quality of the food.
Wow bad. Reheated food. Used to love this place. Worst Chinese I've had in years and years.
Definitely overpriced and tasteless. It ruined our Father?s Day dinner. The food was super dry and it had no flavor whatsoever. Do not buy from here ever.
