At first, it seemed promising, but the service was practically non-existent. After waiting almost 30 minutes just to place our order, we sat there for nearly an hour more without receiving anything, while other diners who arrived after us were served first. If you're new and not a regular, I suggest you skip this place – you likely won't get attended to at all.
