You could tell they just wanted to get the hell out of there. Which, I understand but you're there to do that job.....Hopefully next visit will bebetter

Went a couple of weeks ago an hour before close (we checked to be sure) they only wanted us to order what they had left from the day, would not make fresh noodles for the bowls etc. They were super unprofessional about it. Then theydidn't give us all of our order so I parked to go in, was ignored by a couple of people, someone finally helps, and acted superannoyed with me. As if it was somehow my fault. Literally zero cares given. It was really frustrating.

We usually love our experience and the food. We understand everyone has bad days but how my family was talked towas ridiculous. The girl at the drive through had a horrible attitude. She gave nasty looks and acted like she absolutely hatedher life. I believe her name was Vanessa. We will be returning but if this happens again you will lose a regular.

Vanessa is always the name on my receipt and she is very rude. If we keep getting treated the way we do I will NOT be coming back
