We placed our order online, which promised a 30-minute pick-up, but it wasn’t ready on time—though I understand they were busy. Overall, I didn’t feel it was worth the $15.

I... read more I ordered a pizza online that was supposed to be ready by 1 PM. When I got there at 1:40 PM, it was just sitting on a rack instead of being kept refrigerated. I didn’t realize I needed to arrive right at 1. When I asked the staff if they would have left it out even if I hadn’t come until 4 PM, they admitted they would have. There were two young employees who seemed unaware of how important it is not to leave food out too long. They became rude and confrontational with me. Frustrated, I decided to leave, and as I was walking out, they shouted after me. It was truly unbelievable.

When I arrived at 1:40 PM, I found it sitting out on a rack instead of being kept in the refrigerator. I wasn't aware I had to be there right at 1. I asked the staff, two young girls, if they would leave the pizza out if I hadn’t shown up until 4 PM, and they said yes. It seemed like no one had informed them that food shouldn’t be left out for hours. Things got heated, and they became rude and argumentative with me. I ended up leaving while they were yelling at me as I walked out the door. It was unbelievable.
