This place should be Michelin-starred. my wife and I recently had a 10-course vegetarian tasting menu. the ambiente and the food were incredible. even if the re... read more This place should be Michelin-starred. my wife and I recently had a 10-course vegetarian tasting menu. the ambiente and the food were incredible. even if the restaurant does not advertise vegetarian or vegan options, the chef prepared this food for us for advancement. each cure was extremely tasteful and very different from each other. our waiter (alvero) was very friendly and went through the complex preparations, and the owner and the chef stopped by to check on us. they used many local ingredients such as unroasted coffee, layers of colored kartoffels, green mango sauce, and a herbal tea concoction prepared here 400 years ago. every cure let us want more. even the regular (non-vegetarian) courses looked good. the neighboring seemed to enjoy it. they would highly recommend this place if they are in cartagena (or visit cartagena to dinate here).

Lucky me ….. stayed in my hotel and had a great culinary experience at this place. The food was outstanding go for the 10 courses, it’s great! The service is really efficient and incredibly friendly. My waiter Alvaro did care about me all the time, the chef is a star as well and the very charming lady sommeliere Ana Maria knows her job and gave excellent recommendations…. Thanks a lot for a unique evening! 100% recommended! Hope to be back soon :
