When I went to pick up my... read more I always love coming to this restaurant. I usually order the crispy wings, but this time I forgot to specify some details on my order. When I went to pick up my food, they informed me that because I didn't select the correct options, they couldn't assist me. However, after speaking with the manager, they agreed to refund my order and personally deliver it to my home. I was grateful because I didn't have a car that night and it was a lifesaver. I am very thankful for the manager's help, even though I didn't catch his name. He works the night shift. I had also ordered boneless wings that needed to be replaced, but they ended up replacing my entire order. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
