Great service here. Didn't know they closed at 3 pm, and stopped by around close to around 2:40ish. They were happy to take my order and I was surprised they still had hot coffee! Some places would've dumped it half an hour before close! Was convenient that I was able to pay for a handful of grocery item along with my drink. Made my experience a breeze! View all feedback.
What Joy T doesn't like about Wfm Coffee:
LOVE Whole Foods. Customer service may be slipping a little though. I called the butcher to see if they can make sausage links a little smaller. I end up waisting a lot because I can't eat a whole one. The butcher says they can't make them any smaller because of the virus. What???? Lol View all feedback.
Whole Foods Market, by and large, does a good, if expensive, job of proving fresh produce, seafood, and specialty items. Since the take-over by Bezos's Amazon, the Reno WFM has declined. The latest travesty is their fresh pizza. We ordered a combo; there was almost NO sauce, so we complained. The staffer recommended a veggie pizza, because it had more sauce. Now, who in their right mind would make a pizza with BROCCOLI? Yup. Lots of broccoli, FRESH tomatoes, and cheese. WORST PIZZA I have ever had!

I am not the biggest fan of this particular Whole Foods, however there are a few things I get from here-so I continue to come in and hope people are nice. I have had cashiers completely ignore me, (yet take my money), and others who (mainly one when the Corona thing first hit), who barked at me like I was an idiot-because I truly hadn't seen the yellow lines that weren't even clear yet-and was standing too close to his podium or something. I swear-he was such a j and I thought I was where I should be?! Anyway, mostly they are nice, but yes lots is still over priced, so I try to shop at other places. It would be good if they could take down the attitude some of them have down a notch. We are all there just to buy groceries! Thanks for the space to say this!
I was alerted to the fact that Whole Foods had an earlier opening for seniors and went there yesterday to shop. They had posted signs for their business during these covid19 times. One of the requirements was wearing a face mask and that they would provide one if needed. Every thing was orderly and professional. As I was shopping I noticed several customers without masks. I mentioned to several employees but nothing appeared to get done. It should be in their procedures as how to handle. Walkie talkies direct to security and unruly customers escorted out with a no return order. I don 't care whether you think this mask venue is nonsense or not. A business does have the right to dictate how they wish to run. You have the right to not patronize. You do not have the right to attempt your own rules and the rest be damned
