Wendy's - Reno

This is my favorite Wendy's, and I usually visit once a week. The staff is incredibly kind, and they do an excellent job. Honestly, they all deserve a raise. Thank you to the team at this location for providing such great service and food! Your hard work is greatly appreciated!

"Alright, I decided to wait in the car to order some food. I saw the place first, then couldn’t help but stare at it, and suddenly it struck me: Am I really going to eat at a place that looks like this? The atmosphere was intriguing, almost like you could sense the food just by smelling it! I got in line to the left."

I wouldn't let a star if I could. the person my order in the drive thru was so rude! and I understand that the customer service is not always easy, but that does not give them a free pass to be extremely rude and shout at me. I didn't hear them when they spoke on the loudspeaker, and the guy sighed and screamed through the loudspeaker. u could say in his ton of vote that he was not happy. then it took forever to get our food.

I ordered a Coke Zero in the drive-thru, but they handed me a Diet Coke. When I mentioned that I wanted Coke Zero again, they explained that "Diet Coke Zero" is what their system refers to. However, after trying the drink, I realized it was just Diet Coke. Overall, I rate the food a 1/5.

They try to come to this place to lunch, went through the journey, and ordered the bretzel pub burger. the employee immediately assumed that I wanted to eat this and asked if I wanted it spicy? or grilled? Unfortunately, I could never understand what these second words were, but I felt he had given me the chicken sandwich options. So I repeated that I wanted the hamburger. he was bound and determined that these were options for the hamburger, although I had always told him hamburger and it had never come with these options. we walked around a few times, so I never told him I'd go to another place, both because I knew he didn't want to get my order right and that he would probably spit at that point in my eating. So I went to s. Virginia location and made my same order. s. virginia did not assume that I wanted a meal and did not ask me to choose chicken sandwich options for my hamburger. I was definitiw glad I decided to leave the Longley site. truly disappointing, the person who works the counter and the running gear thru should know the menu and the options.
