Truckee Bagel Company - Reno

There the Wake Up Bagel threw to find out there was no sausage. Very disappointed as I really look forward to a good breakfast. Also ordered themselves serve coffee, but the 3 or 4 pots were not marked, so I did not know what was in there. The ceilings are also very dusty. They have to clean up their place. I give him a star since the staff was very friendly. Only was not happy with the food I got and her cleanliness.

Truckee Bagel makes solid sandwiches and is a long place. If you have time to stop and take a bite. Their sandwiches taste good and are prepared with thought. However, do you note that they can be the slow side, so if you expect? Fast food? Try somewhere else.

There was appreciation at my work and personally I love the Bagels. The sandwiches, where really good also a day later from extras at work. The Jalapeno Bagel with cream cheese is great.

Exceptional customer service by Ann. I had to place an order for an event which can be a little stressful but she made it easy. She provided recommendations and took care of small items like napkins, plates, cups, etc. Everything was ready for pickup in the morning as promised. I will definitely go back without any hesitation.
