This location must have changed owners or something because it?s changed in major ways and not for the better, even the coffee beans are different and they?re not as good. They used to outsource to my favorite muffin as well now they have boxed baked goods that are less than mediocre quality just plain blah. View all feedback.

Being new to Reno, I received the usual welcome coupons shortly after moving in. 1 coupon was for free 16 beverage. I thought I 'd give them a shot. Nice drive-up service. Very friendly staff person. Ordered a mocha and it tasted more like chocolate milk than a mocha. I did like the little chocolate covered coffee bean and piece of white chocolate candy.
I will go out of my way to get drinks from this location. I love the Cold Brew and Protein Smoothies. I can also just tell the girls to make me something and they never disappoint. It's nice to see these kids working hard and being so professional. I recommend you give this shop a try if you have not been there.
Absolutely love the Human Bean. Always great service and never had a bad drink! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend
