The food at this restaurant is delicious. The Italian beef is amazing and the deep dish pizza is the best I've ever tried. There are vegetarian options available, as well as a variety of choices for those with dietary restrictions. Finding parking is easy with a convenient parking lot. What Guy doesn't like about Taste Of Chicago:
i went mid week on wednesday they were closed. stayed in town another day because i haven’t had a italian beef in Soooo long. Went back the next day they were open, They didn’t have any italian beef even after being closed tuesday and wednesday! can’t comment on any else we didn’t stay to try anything else. Ordered Mini 8 inch deep dish pizza and a soda and it costs $43 dollars. I’ve been there before and it cost less for the medium. The pizza is decent for deep dish but the new cost is a rip off. I can deal with $20 for a mini but $43 for a mini and a soda. Won’t be back. Can’t afford to. Reference attached receipt.

Tried 2 different things. The pizza was not just done. The edges were burned. They were black. And the Chicago dog was overdone, as the skin was so hard I could hardly break it. The flavor profile was good, though, if you didn 't eat the edges of the pizza (but that 's my favorite part). And the dog flavor was good as well. I 'll be going back to try a few other things and to see if I can get another pizza done, but not black.
The pizza was amazing! For a deep dish it can take an hour or more but it’s worth it. It is a bit on the expensive side.
The food was pretty good. Nothing over the top I would rate it 8/10. First time going here and I didn't realize it was a bar. It was also hard to swallow $50 for two sandwiches and fries and two sodas. ? Probably won't go back because of the prices.
