Overall, this restaurant is good. In 2022, everyone is more individualistic, so if they want to dine in, they need to use the self-ordering machine. The food is always tasty and they still offer the worthbox, although they seem to change it often. I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The staff argued with me about their menu and tried to make changes that were not possible. Although my orders were consistently incorrect, the food was still delicious. There was one occasion when I did complain, and not only did they promptly fix my order, but they also gave me a ten-dollar gift certificate as an apology. It should be noted that this particular store seems to be understaffed and overwhelmed, leading to mistakes in orders.
I frequent this restaurant often, but I always end up receiving the wrong order. I consistently ask for the cantina chicken quesadilla without chipotle sauce, but they never seem to get it right. It frustrates me.
Garbage. Ordered something took 2 hours to get food. Bunch of monkeys.
