Absolutely horrible customer service. I waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes and saw their employees playing virtual reality games. Food rating: 1/5.

They always speak highly of our unique modifications and consistently get the order correct. Food: 5/5.

I didn't want to sit in my car, so I parked and went inside, but found the doors locked despite people being inside. I left and returned another day, but after waiting in my car for an hour, I decided to go in since they were open. When I approached the counter, no one acknowledged me. Eventually, someone came by, and I asked if I could place an order, but I was simply told no, sorry. I guess there's a kiosk I could use, but I had already been waiting. The service was terrible, and the dining area was just ordinary.

Must change the posted hours. it will be open until 3:30 on Saturday. he was there at 2:40 and they were already closed. the hired went around to clean the kitchen.

I maybe order about once a week from here on my way home and the soda always taste bad the staff is always so rude!!!! I just picked up my dinner and again they gave me a medium when I was charged for a large the Sierra Mist taste like bad carbonated soda water.
