This was one of those nights. From the moment you walk in, Roxy delivers an atmosphere that feels timeless without trying too hard. Dim lighting, polished wood, and that understated elegance that makes you immediately relax into the experience. It feels refined but never pretentious. The energy is confident and calm. The bottle of wine was truly the anchor of the evening. It opened with deep, layered dark fruit notes blackberry and black cherry right up front with just enough plum to round it out. What made it special was the balance. The fruit never overwhelmed the structure. There was a subtle backbone of tannin and acidity that kept everything lifted and clean. Each sip carried depth without heaviness. It paired effortlessly with the steak, enhancing rather than competing. That kind of balance is not accidental. It is curated. And then the ribeye. Anyone who frequents Roxy knows the ribeye is not always available, which makes it feel like a small victory when it is on the menu. Our waiter, Albert, made our evening unforgettable! We were celebrating our 14th wedding anniversary and enjoyed every moment! The atmosphere was fantastic, filled with smiling faces at every turn. I adore everything about this restaurant. The food is incredible, the ambiance is stunning, and the service is outstanding! Our server, Lauren, was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive. The "old-fashioned" spirit cart was a delightful touch that made the experience even more special. We had a group of 16, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and had a great time. We will definitely return!
