Went to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers for a quality burger, in Reno, Nevada . Second time visiting a Red Robin, ordered to go, should have ate in instead . Time was after 9:30 pm Memorial Day weekend Saturday . So there weren't many patrons before the biggest cookout in America. But it was nice, service was very much appreciated . Burger was damn good . These guys aren't paying enough for what they're doing. The services are as amazing every time I'm here. The satisfaction I feel when I go is definitely blissful. The crew is ingenious and the servers/bartenders always provide flawless services and they cough, so don't wait forever for your food, nor is it ever sitting. The guys got it here. Thank you for doing such a great job and having such good attitudes, even if it becomes difficult.
Came for dinner with my husband, was NOT welcomed until about 5 minutes after waiting in an empty waiting room. After we had set ourselves, we didn't get napkins or cute, we took over our order from someone who worked the bar. Not sure who our waiter was. But we ordered an appetizer and ended it pretty fast. No one took the empty tray from our table. When we got our food, I asked for an extra ranch of the girl that brought us our food. (A completely random worker) She gave me a dirty look and said? Yeah, just a second. And left. I looked at her booth and talk to her other staff. When we were ready to go, my husband asked for a water to go from the lady in the bar because she seemed a positive attitude. The random girl who served our food brought out his water and said this is your water? To GO? I love the food made here, but the service itself wasn't great. I will warn the people I know the food is delicious, but good luck in the service. Oh, and did I mention it? I never have my ranch. LOL
DIESES LAGE JETZT WIRING AGB 17 AND UP!!! I haven't eaten in this place yet, but I've never had any complaints with Red Robin. You have an eclectic menu unlike what other Burger places offer. Bottomless Fritten!
From the city as a traveling health worker, ordered delivery to the hospital, got no ketchup, no utensils, no napkins. I have paid extra for Swiss cheese, soaked onions
Fantastic service from start to finish. Christine beautiful smile great energy provided wonderful service with prefect recommendations. I only got the picture of my son's brownie.
