the mill street port of sub location is amazing. I eat there a few times in the month and every time I get into the load, they welcome me with names and the manager knows my order with remembrance! Since the new management team has taken over the personal is more polite and professional. I've never seen a manager's work from open to everyday, and he's always got a happy attitude. port of subs has luck to have him! View all feedback.

I am an avid Port of Subs lover decided to stop at this location for the first time and needless to say it was not a good experience. I will absolutely will not be returning back. The portions are awful compared to other locations. The bread was flat and had plenty of dry hard spots. I skipped on some toppings because they didn't look fresh in their bins. I’ve always had a great experience at this port of subs location. The staff are very welcoming and kind. You never feel like anything less than family when you come into this store. Every time I walk into this store it just feel like I’m walking into my kitchen it feels like home!!!
I’m from Cali and I’ve never heard of Port of Subs. I work in a small office and everyone makes a suggestion for lunch and it’s usually a sandwich . So I’ve had many different sandwiches. I have to say I love love love Port Of Subs. The staff was friendly and I was amazed that they cut your lunch meat and cheese while you order. Everything was fresh and vibrant the establishment was clean and parking was a breeze. The brownies were one of the best brownies I’ve had. I need one a Port of Sub near me: Try this place you won’t be disappointed.
The staff here is kind and courteous. It's warm and welcoming environment. And as someone who has only done subway for sandwiches on the go this place hands down is a huge step up. It's super clean and they freshly cut all of their meat and cheese. This makes the sandwich so much better!! They were pretty busy but even then I still got my sandwich reasonably quick overall great experience.
Delicious delicious delicious. We come to this same port of subs location each time we are in Reno. Beats Subway out of the water any day! Quality meats and the bread is super fresh making the perfect sub sandwich. To top it off, you get excellent customer service and Robin is an artist at making the sandwiches. Picture perfect! I look for 3 things when going for takeout…1. Cleanliness 2. Good Quality 3. Friendliness of staffThis place hits all three! Like I said, it’s our lunch stop each day we’re in Reno. Oh and the brownie is amazing!!
The meatball marinara sandwich was amazing . The worker who made my sandwich was super polite and very efficient. It was hot and fresh and cooked to perfection ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a yummy sandwich to eat. This location is also under new management and you can tell how much dedication he puts into it! Clean shop, good quality sandwiches, and good service is what I love!
