Port Of Subs - Reno

This place was fantastic from the moment we arrived. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and only had a brief wait to place our order. When it was our turn at the counter, the staff member was incredibly friendly and made our sandwiches look like something straight out of a commercial. The efficiency was impressive as well. The entire area was spotless, and she even used a separate knife after cutting a veggie sandwich to ensure our simple sandwich remained free of any residue. We were really impressed with this location and visit every time. It's by far our best experience at a Sub shop. Great job, everyone! Keep up the excellent work! xD

Omg, where do I start anyway!!! A word to describe this port of Subs is AMAZING. My 2 sandwiches, #8 and Buffalo chicken melt were close to perfection. Customer service was so helpful, especially the girl who took my order when I remember correctly she said her name was Shak It was my first time in this place, but the girl was so patient with me and recommended the Buffalo melt that is now my tribe. I'll come back with my friends.

Dorothy behind the counter was extremely rude when I went to order my sandwich. The manager on duty didn?t care and how rude she was. Very little meat on my sandwich produce less than par. I do not recommend this location!! Horrible customer service

Teeny tiny paper-thin layer of meat. Cheese sliced so thin you can literally see through it. Four tiny tomato slices on a 12 roll. It's Like eating a $10 lettuce sandwich. If the main thing a customer remembers about your food is how skimpy and cheap you are with portioning... YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG. Put some damn meat on your sandwiches.

The best sandwich I and my husband had. The employees are friendly and the place is clean. They. Are very efficient and definitely will come back again and very satisfying with everything.
