Panda Express - Reno

Tonight the dining room was closed. When I went thru drive thru, they had a sign that there was only one cook so that the menu was limited. That was enough for me... I split. I'm not sure what I think here. Sure, this business is difficult. Sad.

Donor quantity! I have never received so little food from Panda express! How can you run your business like this? As a frequent customer, we know that your crew has changed with the reduced amount of food. This is not an honest way to conduct business, certainly not sustainable. Will not be visited again.

My wife is a regular at this Panda Express and visits several times a week because she finds it comfortable. However, she recently had a disappointing experience. While she was ordering black pepper chicken, she was still speaking with a woman in the drive-thru who wanted to change her order to orange chicken. The employee who took her order was quite rude and refused to let my wife make the change, even though she hadn't yet reached the checkout. The employee mentioned that my wife would have to throw away the food. It’s ridiculous that all of this happened during my wife's 30-minute lunch break.

I would not recommend eating inside this restaurant for lunch. Several employees were standing around when they could have been cleaning tables. There were numerous empty seats, but the tables were all dirty. I noticed one table that was only half-clean. Additionally, I visited the Panda in Sparks two weeks prior, and the portions there were nearly twice as large. I was very disappointed with the Reno location. The chow mein, rice, and chicken portions were quite small. I won’t be returning to this Panda Express.

Went at around 8pm. Drive thru girl told us that the chow mein was mostly veggies and asked if that was ok, appreciated her honesty and still got the chow mein bc you can never get enough veggies! Food was very fresh, orange chicken, Beijing beef, and teriyaki chicken. When I got the chow mein it looked perfectly fine, enough noodles to counter the veggies. Very good portions, got what I paid for ?
