Jack In The Box - Reno

Missing the 24 hours service. it was great to leave the bars in the inner city and the uber stop at the jack in the box for 2am tacos. Now I have to wait in the sound of mcdonalds. pity, because the quality really went down when it stopped being 24 hours. eating is still good during the hours of business!

Yummy breakfast sandwich...stuffed full with egg, ham, bacon, cheese...on sourdough bread. Really good, but definitely more pricey than it once was. Drive thru service was...meh.

Cleanliness is not next to, or anywhere near this location. The staff is sweet, but the kitchen is antiquated. Homelessness is a growing problem in Reno.

Nightime management is online order incompetent acting confused and then lecturing me that orders take 20 minutes, then 5 for the drinks, lol. The app literally says ready in 5-7 minutes and it's she who does not understand. Then I offer to park and come inside to wait as to not rush them, considering..the kid at the window couldn't care less and I don't think even let her know so now I'm just sitting here going on 25 minutes cause dining room is actually closed. Wonderful.

Ordered fries with cheese sauce, the cheese sauce costed an extra dollar and they gave me the tiniest glob. Not to mention the fries were cold and hard, and yeah so was the cheese. It was not busy at all when I went.
