What Amy Loughney likes about El Salvador:
Holy Cow! The Papusa's are to die for!!!! They slaw they come with is fantastic~ I could eat it for a meal all by itself! Slow service, salty small portions, waitress didn't refill my drink. AC didn't work. Dim lighting. 14.75 dollars for water and some rice and beans.... I waited over 20 min just for my check after finishing my food and asking for the check. Finally walked up and asked for the check. Good riddance. View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant received mixed reviews ranging from slow service, salty portions, and dim lighting to delicious pupusas and generous portions of mango margaritas. Customers were impressed with the authenticity and affordability of the food, particularly enjoying the papusas and variety of entrees. The owner was commended for being friendly and accommodating. Overall, the diverse menu and flavorful dishes left customers eager to return and eager to explore more El Salvadorian cuisine in the future. Prices were considered reasonable for the quality and quantity of food received.
Honestly, some of the best grub in Reno. The chicharon, yucca, plantain empenadas and pupusas are sublime.
