What Porter Hahn doesn't like about Dickey's Barbecue Pit:
That was the worst experience! We’ve been trying to order a Thanksgiving turkey, and they keep saying they’ll call us back. We placed our order over a week ago, and they just emailed us to say they no longer have any turkeys available. Seriously?! Less than two days before Thanksgiving! I will never try this place again. Largest, mostly loaded kartoffel anywhere. kudos if you can finish it! Full meal for $9
Pretty good for BBQ in a strip mall. Brisket was ok, jalapeño sausage was also ok. Certainly better than the 3.6 star review rating indicates. I would come back and eat again. Everything was fresh and also hot.
Portions were tiny food was awful and they did not give BBQ sauce with the meat plate. If it were possible to give less than one star I would. Would not recommend this to anyone
We made an online order for $31.40. When we arrived to pick it up the door was locked. The manager told us they no longer took online orders. We were charged $31.40 and he told us he couldn't give out refunds. After many phone calls, no luck getting a refund.
If you ever want good BBQ Don't go to Dickeys. Me and my family ate there today 8/21/2022 and it was terrible , meat dry there was no smoke taste they didn't give us what we wanted. No pickles no sliced onions and no sauce we even asked for those items. We went to the Dickeys on 395 East Plumb lane, Reno Nv.
