So good we almost forgot to tour the museum. Initially I balked at the prices, but given the quality of the food they were well worth it. The chicken pot pie was amazing.

Man, this place has gone down hill. High mid-town prices with all the quality of a low end casino restaurant. Run-of-the-mill frozen fries, thin frozen burger paddies, **** beer selection. You can do WAY better in a stone's throw. Try Granite St, Silver Peak, or Centro. No need to waste your time or money on food that the owners care as little about as they do about you.

My lunch could not have been more pleasant. The croque monsieur was perfect, probably better quality than a Paris cafe. Nice view out the window. And a pleasant interior in this fine art museum. Staff were very sweet. I will be back.

I split the croque monsieur with my partner and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, ham was delicious and plentiful, and the cheesey bechamel was amazing! Just an overall decadent sandwich. The chef was great and put the sandwich halves on different plates, each with their own side salad. I'm definitely going to be getting the croque monsieur again, even if I'm not visiting the museum. The staff were super friendly and the eating area is full of light.
