Clear acre burger king. We did an online order for pickup and only had the option of picking it up in the drive thru. When we went my son messed up on his order and forgot to put his burger as plain, when he asked the guy cashier if they could make it plain, he called for who I'm assuming was his supervisor.. she so rudely told him his receipt doesnt say plain, so no. As he responded we know but can we have it changed, she said we would have to go back through the drive thru, which already had a long line of cars because we were all sitting behind one for almost 30 minutes. We left the window and ended up going in to get it fixed she snatched the burger from him and said ughh, and was so disrespectful the whole time for absolutely no reason, to a CHILD I might add. So because of the craziness we forgot to check the rest of the food, and.. the chicken sandwich we actually did put plain on, wasn't plain.. but we were already home and did not want to go back and deal with her. On a side note everything was cold and the tots tasted pretty old and stale. Never doing that again, and I warn you not to either. Long wait for a pre-order that wouldn't let us pick up inside, cold food, and rude service.
