Bj's Brewhouse - Reno

I was waiting at the entrance when the hostess (not sure about the name but she was oriental Asian) was extremely rude with us. She greeted the other customers fine and escorted them to tables. When our turn came she told us to find where ever the spot is available and take a seat. When we took the seat she came and told us that she doesn?t have a server for us at that table and we would have to wait for available table. I told her we can wait she immediately took us at the very back of the restaurant and seated us at the table despite us requesting a booth. Even though rest of the experience was fine; that one event did threw me off and would not go the the restaurant again.

Ordered following: Mini pizookies Sweet potato fries Garlic chicken pesto tavern Honey roasted sriracha brussels sprouts All items tasted superb! However the brussels sprouts order was out of this world. Loved it! No main entrees were served due to shortage of staff. Hospitality was great! Highly recommended.

We love this place enough to keep on coming back time time again. If you?re looking for something light or looking to be stuffed (and everything in between) they have you covered with delicious options, a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Don?t forget the sweets at the end. Absolutely AMAZING!

Loved this place! I've driven by it on a number of trips to the area, today I opted to stop for a bite at lunch! So glad I did! Friendly communication at the door and was given the choice of sitting at in the bar area or waiting for a table. I strolled through the bar and found an empty booth! Devin was my server, she was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of the menu. Again, being my first time I opted for the Enchantress Pilsner and was not disappointed. The menu had several appealing options and I decided to try a burger....the hickory bacon cheese burger! I was surprised to see it served on two slices of toasted bread....a first for me but it was delicious! Two thumbs up! Great staff and awesome food!
