Pizzeria La Janata - Rennes

One of the nicest little restaurants around recommend the pizzas! The chef is excellent, really nice guy seems like a good family restaurant :

Back in Rennes again and couldn't leave without having a meal at Janata. Absolutely beyond satisfied with the food service and experience. Would go back anytime. Thank you Rossi for having such a great place.

Whenever we are visiting Rennes we eat at La Janata Apart from the amazing food, you are in a great area and you can eat outside in an picturesque street setting. I highly recommend this great place to eat, very friendly owners and staff.

This is a great place to eat, I absolutely love the pizzas here and the home made desserts are to die for! The staff is very nice, they all speak English and the owner is very welcoming and loves a good laugh ! The inside is very cosy, we ate inside because the weather was bad and we sat at the table where you can see the wood burning pizza oven, it was great you can actually see your pizza being made and cooked ! We went back a few days later and sat on the terasse which is quite big, the food was still great, I had the mussels with their special Janata sauce it was very nice ! and I do recommend the Tiramisu for dessert ! Thank you for a really nice experience ! We will definately come back next time we are in Rennes !
