In fact, once again embarked by my African friends. But whatever! I'm always happy to discover dishes from another country. For the moment, the change is total, you eat with your hands! And in the same dish! (choose your friends who say so). And at the end, the result is rather positive, it was very good! Unknown flavors to my palace and an enchanted discovery of the Amharic language, this Chamito-Semi language is a little jewel! I thank my Ethiopian friends for having initiated me to their traditions.
