Bubble Ramen - Rennes

Having tested full of bubble tea in Paris and Rouen, I can say that those of Bubble ramen are the best

Very nice bubble tea: tea drink with big tapioca balls, scented. Important choice of flavors.

Not bad! Good presentation. Appetizing. Small personal remark soups too cold and a little too salty for me. I like hot soup. Otherwise cook perfect egg. Takoyaki, my heart.

Friday noon, Friday evening for dessert, Saturday noon... We returned 3 times during our (too short stay in Rennes, that is to say how much we were conquered by the kitchen and the staff. I am a difficult client, having an innate aversion for all mushrooms. The vegan dishes contained shiitake. Not only was my request not to put it very well received, but in addition my ramen was prepared with marinated tofu instead of nature to compensate for the loss of flavor due to the absence of shiitake. The Bubble Ramen team works with the heart, and it was felt very strong this Friday The Saturday meal was a little different, we felt that the rush was a little more difficult to manage. A little longer, some mistakes, but we knew that the pleasure of the meal was worth it (and I had asked for a dish without shiitake . If I pass on Rennes again, I'll go back to eat there.
