I don't really like this last ingredient, but it didn't bother me as much as I thought. fennel was a great supplement, but the carrot cream, the pumpkin and even the olives were a bit of a mix to my taste. the smokey oil helped a little, but I would have preferred something spicy to add on my pizza. the crust was pretty good by the way. what I really like about angello is that they offer clearly marked refined vegan dishes. I also appreciate the fact that vegan options are cheaper than non-vegans. they seem to have added vegan dessert to the menu recently. the local craft beer (Sainte-Colombe) is vegan. Even if I wasn't completely convinced with what I ordered, I'm sure I'll come back to try the risotto, the summer version of the piquillo basic pizza and the vegan desserts! the staff was very nice and friendly!

The pizza toppings were raw and had ingredients missing, including the piquillo cream.
