Instead, we sat at the front opposite. During our meal, only two other tables were occupied in the dining room. We ordered the barramundi and it looked like it had been overcooked and tasted bland, along with soggy sides. I would not recommend this restaurant, unless you are ordering takeaway as a few other customers did. On a positive note, the counter employee was friendly.

The waitresses brought all the drinks that were ordered, but we had to remind them about those that had not arrived. Additionally, not all of the entrees we ordered were delivered, so we had to request the missing dishes. The main meal was also missing for one of us, so we had to ask for it. It seemed like the waitresses only focused on delivering food to certain tables and didn't pay attention to all the customers. It would have been nice if they checked in with everyone to ensure that everyone had a meal. Asking if they were unsure about missing items would have shown that they cared about the customers' satisfaction. Despite booking a table well in advance, I was surprised to find out that it was not recorded when I called to confirm a few days before our evening meal.

Owner s... read more Overall experience would’ve been amazing if the staff were more knowledgeable. We arrived and were ignored for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Owner seemed run off her feet but two young girls both ignored us waiting. Quite busy for a Tuesday night. One...young girl finally greeted us and couldn’t tell us if they had any available tables without asking owner first. We were sat near the counter where the phone rang a lot for takeaway orders and away from air conditioning. Took over 15 minutes to be asked if we wanted drinks, at which point we ordered drinks and food. Food came out in a fairly reasonable time considering how busy they were but I had to ask where our drinks were. The young girl who took our order looked at us like we hadn’t ordered drinks and came back to ask what we had ordered. Owner brought our drinks over and was very apologetic. Thankfully the food was AMAZING. My partner had steak with seafood and you couldn’t fault it. I had the salmon which would have been more appealing with vegetables rather than chips and salad. We would eat there again but would hope it wasn’t during a busy time or just get takeaway. Hopefully the young staff are further trained as they were constantly interrupting the owner.

Will definitely be back when we’re in town again next year!
