T... read more Although I am not a fan of Tim Horton's, I received a gift card and decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, my experience at this location was quite pleasant. The staff member at the drive-thru was friendly, the service was quick and efficient, and my bagel was prepared exactly as I requested.

I had a wonderful experience - my cashier, Karen, was extremely friendly and the staff were very polite to each other, creating a positive atmosphere. Kudos to the staff and Manager for maintaining such a great team.
