I trusted the positive reviews and stopped for dinner at Legram. Thumbs up to the owners’ philosophy of favouring local producers and aiming at sustainable development. The location is quite central (near the large Coop supermarket) but you might easily miss it: from the outside, the small building looks rather inconspicuous. Thumbs up to the young team for the friendly service. As mentioned by other reviewers, the menu is very short but impeccably prepared. I chose a tomato salad (perfect) and the ‘’planchette moitié moitié’’ (air dried sausage, local cheese, homemade chutney) which proved delicious. As dessert I indulged myself with a tasty homemade brownie. On the downside, portions are not overly generous. While the size of the planchette was adequate, the tomato salad and the brownie were definitely on the smallish side. More annoying (at least for me), Legram is advertised on most sites as a restaurant; hence my booking for dinner. However, what I found was not really a restaurant but rather a bar serving some food. I looked forward to having a nice and quiet dinner...and ended up eating among a gathering of young people drinking and listening to music and drums. Not a huge critic per se, but rather an advice to qualify Legram as ‘’bar’’ instead of ‘’restaurant’’. Prices remain at usual Swiss level.

The Gram is my favorite place to hang out. The staff is super friendly: Teddy, Paul, and the others always make us feel like at home, they are like a family! The new chef is incredible, she has the gift to improvise amazing recipes out of fresh and local products, always surprising me. The biergarten is perfect for all seasons, and the tap beers and natural wines (always new things to taste) have a great taste for their cheap prices. Lastly, if you go to the second floor, you will find Oscar Conway’s great hang out place and Vinyl store (LeGram Vinyl Garden), with always new licorice pizzas for a very cheap price.
