After I had problems with the customer service from the Weber headquarters regarding a warranty claim, I originally wrote a bad review here. The Weber Grill Remscheid team then contacted me immediately and clarified this with the Weber headquarters. At this point I want to Thank you to the team from Remscheid and I can absolutely recommend you! Customer service is still very important here! View all feedback.
What Tanja Kunath doesn't like about Grillardor Erlebniswelt:
We were at the Store Bistro today. I had the pulled pork Citizens. Unfortunately, the meat was very dry and you didn't taste the BBQ sauce, only the herb sour cream. It's a shame. The fries with the mayonnaise were delicious. View all feedback.
Friendly staff, nice ambience, moderate prices and for a change some other snacks. If necessary, also to buy everything there is for food.
If you like to grill, this is the place for you. The grill course was fun and the grill master did a great job. The food that was served in the barbecue course wasn't my thing, but that's a matter of taste. All in all it was great.
I like the concept of mixing flaggship store, bistro, barbecue school and event location. Selection is huge, also the selected by-products from spices to grill accessories are useful and selected and adapted to the use of barbecue starters up to professionals. The staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. No matter how often you get to the store, there are always new things to discover and taste.

We recently took part in the barbecue course “Barbecuing around the World” with 7 people. I paid 700 crackers for the 4 hours (7 people). When I asked about the course by phone, I was told that a maximum of 15 people would take part. On that day we counted 25 people. We didn't feel picked up at all and felt like it was a kind of dismissal. We don't need instructions for putting sausages on a skewer and cutting them into slices... we also found the 2 liter bottle of BBQ sauce a bit questionable... don't you do something like that yourself in a barbecue course? Cutting zucchini into slices or forming meatballs with already prepared minced meat was no challenge... If I just want to eat, I'll go to your bistro or another location. We didn't grill ourselves either. The employees seemed very attentive and the location was also nice... I don't want to say anything about the quality of the ingredients, everything was fine... But what was also unpleasant for us was a hygiene issue... The colleague who prepared, grilled and sliced/filleted the meat suffered a little from the climatic conditions in your store. Everyone can/is allowed to sweat. The only thing that isn't very appetizing is when sweat drips from your chin into/onto your food. Even if the sweat is wiped off with disposable gloves and the food is then continued to be touched and processed, this is not possible. You have my contact details. There was no response to an email... Bon appetit
