The lamentable service, waitresses that are dragging us to place us (actually we were 6 1 baby orlouloulou). and the blow that puts us on a table of 4 by adding... read more The lamentable service, waitresses that are dragging us to place us (actually we were 6 1 baby orlouloulou). and the blow that puts us on a table of 4 by adding chairs while the resto was empty of course!!! in the entrance we took a burrata that was actually a basic mozzarella that can be found at flunch. Finally, in short an exorbitant price for a very ordinary meal and an execable service!

The fish was excellent and perfectly cooked. And the sauce was perfect. I chose to accompany the dish with a glass of red wine bouzy from the country side, very light and which is perfectly married with the fish, a beautiful discovery.

It’s good food, not great.... read more With no disrespect to Accor or Mercure I don’t think having a great restaurant here is their main priority. And so it is with Le Rem. It’s good food, not great. The menu is limited, not extensive. There are so many restaurants in Reims. If you choose to eat here, it’s because you’re tired, hungry or not that bothered. Which is exactly why we ate here. Were we disappointed? Not at all.
