What globalcam doesn't like about Brasserie Flo Excelsior:
Very classic architecture and interior says fine dining. We saved this for our last evening in Champagne country. Wonderful menu selections and wines from across France. The 3 salmons first course was perfect. Main course of scallops in risotto .... very nice. Paired with a Loire Valley white wine. But ... non attentive service was very dissappointing. We were given an outdoor table which was very pleasant in the gardens and away from the street. The food was a good quality bistro type cuisine and the waiters provided a professional service. It is in a beautiful old building.
We had a excellent seafood platter in this restaurant. Unfortunately it was not possible to sit outside due to the wind and rain. We ordered a nice bottle of champagne to come with the food. This is the second time we visited this restaurant.

The champagne and the dinner courses were so nice . The ambiance was very nice and the service was very very good . Highly recommend to dine at this restaurant.
Service was wonderful, professional while warm and engaging. We had the 49 Euro menu and it was excellent. Sea Bass choice was so light fish cooked perfectly. Monkfish casserole was the best of flavours. The Muscadet wine we chose was delicious we treated ourselves to Kir Royale dessert wine. It was just lovely, we felt so welcomed and shall return. Merci.
